Health Check: Yoga!




Yoga is a great workout for all fitness levels, and can have amazing benefits for your body and mind.  This month we want to encourage all of you to get in shape with yoga.  If you have never done it before, try a class! And if you are already a yoga pro, invite a friend who's new to the workout along with you the next time you go!
