As 8 o'clock approaches, crowds start to swarm outside the Cabana Grande at the Raleigh,
excited for what was about to take over the runway at Mercedes Benz Fashion Week.
Guests were escorted to their seats in a dimly lit room with chandelier accents.
Backstage, was a whole different scene...
Models being shuffled from hair to make-up to nails, and back again.
The Beach Bunny Swimwear Team scrambling to make sure
everything was in place for the big show.
Ocean Drive Cover Model (SI & Beach Bunny too) Chrissy Teigen dropped in backstage
to wish the girl luck. She stopped to say chat with Angela and Kate and snap a quick shot!
Kate Upton arrived, coming straight from the airport, wearing this cute little white number.
She had a chance to goof around a little after hair & make-up!
The theme for hair (sponsored by Keratin) & make-up (sponsored by Make Up Forever)
was inspired by the movie Water for Elephants & the 1930's Pin Up Gal,
with cherry red lips & sexy waves.
Essie sponsored Nails which were also a beautiful shimmer cherry red.

walking to Beyonce's Single Ladies Remix!
Kate Upton's final walk was a showstopper! This high waisted bottom was custom made for the show.
Kate was draped in pearls & wore a giant veil... So much fun!
At the end, a standing-O as designer Angela Chittenden
walked the runway with her daughter.
